Staying here with five kids was a breeze! We loved the pool and enjoyed a family outing to the nearby Museo de las Aves de Mexico. Breakfast had a tasty variety that pleased everyone, and the staff made us feel very welcome.

The staff here are super nice and really go the extra mile. My room was clean, and I liked the picnic area outside. But man, the elevator was a nightmare! Got stuck between floors and no one seemed to care when I told them. Not cool, you know?

I had a wonderful stay, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, making my visits to nearby parks easy and enjoyable, with North Biblioparque just around 3.5 km away and the iconic Catedral de Santiago only slightly further at 6 km, which was great for my weekend city strolls.

Also, the use of paper plates and cutlery felt less than ideal for a hotel of this category, giving off a fast-food vibe rather than a pleasant dining experience. The absence of a restaurant on site can be inconvenient, requiring quick trips to nearby options that may not be appealing to everyone.
